Cosmobet’s “front man” Mykhailo Zborovskyi is trying to scrub the internet to hide Russian ties to Cosmolot and Sergey Tokarev

Mykhailo Zborovskyi and his partners have reportedly started removing public references to their past and alleged ties to the gambling industry. Mentions of Cosmobet, the Russian Cosmolot, and the Cyprus-based XGen Solutions — said to be linked to Sergey Tokaryev — are gradually disappearing.

Taken together, these developments give the impression of an effort to obscure the true origins of the so-called “Ukrainian” casino.

We, on our part, are publishing this material in full — despite Mr. Zborovskyi’s apparent unwillingness to see this information in the public domain. We will continue to monitor his activities and highlight new facts in future investigations.

A clone of the Russian Cosmolot — Cosmobet

In March 2024, LLC "Neuralink" received a casino license from KRAIL: the owner is Mykhailo Zborovskyi (born in 1991). He studied at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv as an economist majoring in "Accounting and Audit."

Mykhailo Zborovskyi had financial difficulties. In 2018, the university filed a lawsuit against him in the Holosiivskyi District Court to recover tuition fees. According to Zborovskyi’s official biography, which has been used on blank sites to push him up in Google, after his studies, he worked as an economist at a bank, and then studied programming courses for three years, up to 2019.

Six years before becoming the owner of Cosmobet, Mykhailo Zborovskyi was definitely not a millionaire and was unemployed for a long time.

The authors of his biography report that as a programmer, he serviced LLC "Adtek," LLC "Epic Media," and Rikkicom. The first company officially had only one employee in 2023, with a charter capital of 50,000 hryvnias. The capital of the second is even smaller — 10,000 hryvnias. Both companies operate at the same address in Odesa, only located in different offices.

The third firm — Rikkicom, where, according to the official version, Mykhailo Zborovskyi worked, is slightly more known. As stated on the official site, its clients include the Novus retail chain, OKKO gas stations, and the online casino Parimatch, which is under sanctions by the National Security and Defence Council. And this was the only connection linking Zborovskyi with the gambling business until 2023, when he became the beneficiary of the company "Neuralink," owning the license for the online casino Cosmobet. However, he is unlikely to have become rich suddenly even in Rikkicom. According to financial indicators, this firm earned only 133,000 hryvnias in 2023.

Another version of Zborovskyi’s biography mentions another company where he was involved in programming — XGen Solutions LTD. The firm indeed operates in the IT and consulting sectors and is located in Cyprus. It is the offshore of the Russian Cosmolot by Sergey Tokaryev.
